We collect and process the following data:
We use your data for the following purposes:
We use Supabase for data storage, which implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We regularly review our security practices to ensure the safety of your information.
We use the following third-party services:
Each of these services has their own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.
We retain Facebook and Instagram account data for as long as your account remains connected, and delete it immediately upon disconnection or account deletion. Device data is retained while a device remains registered to your account. IP addresses are used only transiently, in memory, for rate-limiting and are not persisted in our database.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you sign up for), your explicit consent (connecting a Facebook or Instagram account), and our legitimate interests (securing the service and preventing abuse).
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Render) may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect data transferred internationally.
Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the rights described in Section 11 below, in addition to any rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Under data protection laws, you have rights including:
To exercise any of these rights, including requesting deletion of data connected via Facebook or Instagram, see “How to Request Deletion” on our Contact page.
