  • Technical Data: IP address, used transiently to rate-limit login and API requests
  • Device Data: identifiers and names of the devices you register to your account
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our website and services
  • Facebook & Instagram Data: when you choose to connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we receive your public profile and email address, the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you manage, follower counts and engagement/insights metrics for those accounts, and a long-lived access token used to retrieve this data on your behalf
  • Business Rating Data: publicly available Google ratings and review counts for businesses you configure, retrieved via the Google Places API (this is not personal data about you)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To notify you about changes to our service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our service
  • To monitor the usage of our service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

4. Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase for data storage, which implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We regularly review our security practices to ensure the safety of your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase - For database and authentication services
  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) - For account authentication and retrieving the Page/Instagram account data you choose to connect
  • Google Places API - For retrieving public business ratings

Each of these services has their own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain Facebook and Instagram account data for as long as your account remains connected, and delete it immediately upon disconnection or account deletion. Device data is retained while a device remains registered to your account. IP addresses are used only transiently, in memory, for rate-limiting and are not persisted in our database.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you sign up for), your explicit consent (connecting a Facebook or Instagram account), and our legitimate interests (securing the service and preventing abuse).

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Render) may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect data transferred internationally.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. California Privacy Rights

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the rights described in Section 11 below, in addition to any rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
